Once your contracts are complete, we know that your new business relationship will require continuous building.  That's why we can offer to work with both parties to make sure that everyone is on the same page at all times.  We can renegotiate current contracts and develop new and improved contracts.  As your relationship grows, so will the stability and the profitability of your business.  Our business model is based upon personalized service formed around your specific needs.

  • Scenario #1 - There are 3 entities that exist along the distribution channel that come before your business (manufacturer, distributor, and / or sales rep).
     
    Solution #1: GlobalQue replaces the distributor and the sales rep and thus reduces your cost per unit (our markup being less than the combined markup of the distributor and sales rep - and if possible, less than either one individually).

    Solution #2: GlobalQue connects your business directly to the manufacturer, thus eliminating both the distributor and sales rep.  We would only ask for a finder's fee after negotiating a contract, then we are out of the picture until you decide to use our services again.
  • Scenario #2 - Your business currently works directly with an expensive or problematic manufacturer (no other middlemen).

    Solution: GlobalQue researches and finds a more reliable and or less expensive manufacturer based on your requirements. We only require a finder's fee to negotiate the contract and then directly connect your business with the new and improved manufacturer.
  • Scenario #3 - You are a manufacturer and you would like to find new distributors and or retailers to partner with.  You might be interested in entering markets that exist overseas but you do not want to use your current company budget to seek, find, and then travel overseas to negotiate a relationship that might end up falling apart ... and thus taking the chance of wasting several thousand dollars, especially knowing that you will have to start all over again with another possible overseas prospect.

    Solution #1: GlobalQue finds the right distributor and or retailer within the desired market and directly connects both of your businesses.  In that case, we only require a finder's fee, and then we are out of the picture until you decide to utilize our services again.

    Solution #2: GlobalQue does the research and leg work to represent your product within the desired market.  We work from utilizing our own markup and coordinate the sales and distribution of your products or services in the given territory.

    Solution #3: Similar to the previous solution, but GlobalQue becomes even more involved because you ask us to distribute your products or services under our own brand name.  GlobalQue brands your product or service with our own choice brand name (brand name choice based on market research, and also based on your company approval), and distributes within the chosen territory ... thus allowing your company to concentrate on being a contract or private label manufacturer.
